These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Dopamine AI ("Dopamine AI", "we", "us") governing your use of dopamineai.co and app.dopamineai.co (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you can bind that business to these Terms.
1. The Service
Dopamine AI is a client and invoicing desk. It brings together conversations from channels you connect (WhatsApp, Instagram, Gmail and Outlook), helps you manage contacts, leads, deals, appointments, tasks and invoices, and uses AI to classify messages and draft replies. We may add, change or remove features over time.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
- Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and workspace, including by teammates you invite.
- Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Connected channels and third-party services
The Service works with third-party platforms such as Meta (WhatsApp and Instagram), Google, Microsoft, Stripe and Razorpay. You must follow their terms and policies, including messaging-window, opt-in and template rules. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their availability, changes, restrictions or any action they take against your accounts. Access you grant can be revoked at any time from the platform or from the Service.
4. AI features and your responsibility
- AI output such as classifications, drafts, summaries and extracted details may be inaccurate or incomplete.
- You are responsible for reviewing content before it is sent, and for any invoice, price, booking or promise made to your customers.
- If you enable automatic replies or automatic email sending, messages are sent on your behalf and you are responsible for them.
- Do not rely on AI output as legal, financial or tax advice.
5. Your content and customer data
You keep ownership of the content and customer data you bring into the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it solely to operate and improve the Service for you. You promise that you have the rights and, where required, your customers' consent to process Your Content and to contact them through the Service, and that doing so complies with applicable law (including privacy, anti-spam and marketing rules).
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful purposes;
- send spam, bulk unsolicited messages or messages that break a channel's rules;
- infringe others' rights or upload malware or illegal content;
- probe, scrape, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service, or bypass plan limits or security controls;
- resell or provide the Service to third parties except as permitted by your plan; or
- use the Service to build a competing product.
We may suspend or limit access when we reasonably believe these rules are broken or the Service or other users are at risk.
7. Plans, billing and AI credits
- Free plan: free of charge with the usage limits shown on our pricing page, which we may update.
- Pro plan: a paid subscription billed monthly or yearly in advance, at the price shown at checkout. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
- Renewal: paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Billing, and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- AI credits: included credits reset on your plan's schedule and unused included credits do not roll over. Credit packs are available on paid plans only and are one-time payments.
- Promotional codes are limited to eligible purchases and may expire or be withdrawn.
- Payment processing: our payment provider acts as merchant of record and its terms apply to the transaction.
- Price changes: we will give notice before changing the price of an existing paid plan, taking effect at your next renewal.
8. Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If you were charged in error or think there is a billing problem, contact[email protected] within 14 days and we will review it in good faith. Purchased AI credits that have been used are not refundable.
9. Collecting payments from your customers
If you connect Stripe, Razorpay or another provider to collect payment, your agreement is with that provider. We only help you create invoices and share payment links. You are responsible for your pricing, taxes, invoices, refunds and customer disputes, and we are not a party to transactions between you and your customers.
10. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding and documentation, is owned by Dopamine AI and its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. For customer data in your workspace, we act as your processor, and you agree to provide any notices and obtain any consents that the law requires.
12. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages and third-party platform issues may affect availability.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if required by law. On termination your right to use the Service ends and we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by nature should survive (including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability and disputes) will survive.
14. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy of AI output. We do not guarantee any level of leads, bookings or revenue.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dopamine AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim, or US$100 if you have not paid us. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
16. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Dopamine AI against claims, losses and expenses arising from Your Content, your messages to customers, your breach of these Terms or your violation of law or third-party rights.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Dopamine AI's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve any dispute informally. If that fails, the courts of that place have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to use your local courts.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date and give notice of material changes in the Service or by email. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
