1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dopamine AI website and services (the "Service"), operated by Dopamine AI ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Dopamine AI is a CRM platform that integrates with email providers (Google and Microsoft) and messaging services (WhatsApp) to help you manage leads, conversations, and deals. The Service is currently in pre-release, and features, availability, and pricing may change without notice.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms such as Google, Microsoft, and WhatsApp. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services, and integrations may be limited or disrupted by changes made by those providers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages in violation of applicable laws or platform rules.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate and improve the Service. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by Dopamine AI and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dopamine AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
