Will the AI message my customers without me knowing?
Common FAQ replies can be automated, but anything sensitive such as custom pricing, bookings and invoices is prepared as a draft that you approve first. Email automation is a toggle: auto-send or save as a draft.
How is Dopamine AI different from a regular CRM?
A regular CRM is a record you keep up to date yourself: you copy in contacts, log every conversation and chase each deal by hand. Dopamine AI has the same contacts, pipeline and history, but fills them in from your WhatsApp, Instagram and email conversations, replies to inquiries in your words, and has the invoice ready when a deal is won. It replaces your CRM, booking tool and invoicing app, so nothing gets copied between them.
WhatsApp already has an AI assistant. Why do I need this?
WhatsApp's assistant answers chats inside WhatsApp. Dopamine AI also covers Instagram, Gmail and Outlook, keeps one history per contact, and carries each conversation through to a deal, an invoice and a payment. The reply is where it starts, not where it ends.
